Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is well-known for his anger and blunt remarks and this time too, a video of the actor ranting at a Diwali party at the media has gone viral. In the video, we get to see Rishi asking the paparazzi gathered outside the gate to not make ruckus. The actor tells them that they have to uphold the reputation of the film fraternity.

Rishi had just walked out of the Diwali bash and at the gate was hugging and bidding farewell to the hosts. That’s exactly when the paparazzi started clicking and Rishi just couldn’t take it without saying a word. He opened up and told the media to maintain the decorum, as he mentioned that it was a residential area and the noise should be kept a minimum.

Check out the video right here:

In the video, “Don’t make noise. We have to maintain our dignity. People shouldn’t look down upon us film industry folk. Take your photographs, do your jobs, but don’t make noise. I notice this all the time, you people yelling out ‘look here, look there’. Please don’t do that.” At that point, a band guy intervenes and asks Rishi if the rule applies to him as well. Rishi says, “Yes you can, it’s your job. I am a senior member of the industry, so please don’t make noise.”

The band guy complains to Rishi that the security people are the ones creating a ruckus to which the actor replied, “We wouldn’t survive without them, and they wouldn’t survive without us. You must maintain a level of decorum.” Then he turns to his wife Neetu Kapoor and says, “Aajao bhai Neetu. Meri gaadi aai kya?”

Rishi Kapoor may have been angry at the paparazzi, but he sure knows how to carry himself well when in front of the media. At the end of his outburst, he also said a very genuine thing that people from the media need celebrities and so do celebrities need the media. It’s a two-way street. Therefore, he requested the paparazzi to click pictures as many as they want as it’s their job to do, however, he asked them not to constantly say ‘Left Right Left’ and create a ruckus. We must say, well said Rishi!

Talking about the actor, he is back in Mumbai after a year-long battle with cancer in the US. He returned to Mumbai last month and soon after left for a vacation in Italy. After rejuvenating to the full, he is now back in his beloved hometown. We hope to see him soon in front of the cameras again, doing what he loves to do the most – acting.
