Vicky Kaushal after making headlines for his recent performances in the films like Sanju and Raazi is once again back with his career’s most awaited film Uri. The film is about the surgical strike that took place on 29th September 2016 midnight to avenge the death of martyr soldiers.
Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP has released the teaser of their upcoming military thriller Uri. The film is based on true events surrounding the Indian Army’s surgical strikes against Pakistani terrorists in 2016.
Uri stars Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam, and Paresh Rawal.

The film promises an intense and realistic depiction of the surgical strikes that the Indian Army’s Special Forces carried out on terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) in September 2016, as a response to an attack that had killed 19 Indian soldiers. The trailer seems to be going for a Zero Dark Thirty feel.
